After you start a simple textual comparison by pressing F3 key or from the menu Compare->Compare Textually (Simple), you get a side-by-side view of the Textual contents in left and right PDF files. The result is a simple, intuitive, colorful overview of any differences detected in the two PDF documents.
By default, the following three colors are used to mark the differences.
Cyan - Deleted contents
Green - Added contents
Magenta - Modified contents
The user interface is as straightforward as it gets.
